Have you attended any MSC courses or workshops? (If so, please give details)

What other courses would you be interested in?

Outline as best you can your projected routine for your new horse including Stable management and riding

Describe the horse that would fulfill your needs

Who will be riding your horse apart from you?

How long have you been searching for the right horse?

What activities do you reasonably intend doing with your horse in the first twelve months?

Will you have any form of support in the first three months with your new horse?

How did you hear about MSC?
